阿門多埃拉高爾夫度假飯店(Amendoeira Golf Resort)

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O check in estava marcado para as 16h, no entanto só tinham o apartamento disponível às 19h. Situação que vi repetir-se com outros hóspedes. A limpeza da piscina é fraca, as cadeiras da piscina têm muito mau aspecto, precisam de reforma. O restaurante do hotel é péssimo, a comida é cara e a qualidade é fraca. A limpeza da casa de banho das piscinas é muito fraca.

Had a great time. Apartment was very big and modern and clean. Glad hired a car as it’s essential with no shops or restaurants (other than golf clubhouse) within miles. Had a mezzanine but these are all level 1 so next time I will go for a ground floor double option as I prefer ground floor. Site is very big and quite spread out and really quiet. Pools really good. We would come again.

Essen eher Mittelklasse! Essen durchschnittlich. Service schlecht. Nach den ersten Getränken war niemand mehr da. Lamm sehr fett. Steak lauwarm. Auf Nachfrage wollte man uns das gleiche Essen nochmals bringen aber wir waren schon fertig. Kein Rabatt!

Nous avons passé avec 4 amies un superbe séjour dans cet endroit magnifique . Nous avons été subjuguées par ce petit écrin de calme et de verdure sublime . Cependant j’ai été plus qu’étonnée par les prestations d’accueil et de propreté de cet appartement, en effet lorsque nous sommes arrivées nous avons trouvée le lave vaisselle encore plein avec de la vaisselle sale . La table de la salle à manger était remplie de trace de doigts gras . Les miroir et la robinetterie n’étaient pas nets, un des canapés est déchiré. Nous avions peu de papiers toilettes et de linges propres. En bref nous avons eu un très bon séjours mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing attendu .

Correu tudo muito top! Alojamento top, acessos top, piscina top, restaurante top, pequeno almoço top, golf top. Destaco a calma e o civismo que encontrei numa estância hoteleira, em pleno mês de Agosto. Havia sempre espaço com sombra na piscina, longe de estar lotada. Ñ havia filas nem empurrões ao pequeno almoço. A regressar com toda a certeza.

Un endroit d'exception avec un cadre magnifique au milieu d'un golf superbe. Calme et cadre nature sont les maîtres mots de ce lieu. Les logements sont également magnifiques. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Profitez également d'un buffet exceptionnel au petit déjeuner.

Excelente hotel, a única coisa a apontar foi a ausência de limpeza durante a estadia.

God I wish I had read the reviews for the Faldo Golf Course. They are damming and reflect the experience my wife and I had today. Without doubt I can only endorse every bad review. Start with arrival the surly guy checking you in for your cart. Begrudgingly heads you a pencil and a card. Cart dirty and sticky. “ So where is the driving range”? It’s up there. Get there and find need a token. No staff and the tee blocks so bad impossible to hit off. Thanks. First hole discover tee block appalling. The rough long and unkempt, only just the start. So onwards, only positive is greens very good. Bunkers no sand in many, fairways average and variable. Paths rough, ****s growing in the middle reflect poor/lazy green staff attention. Tee blocks worst I have ever seen. Photos to follow. After two hours no sign of food and beverage cart. Hungry and thirsty phone office. Sorry they stop at 5pm. Doh we have been on the course since 2.15 pm and not seen a soul. “ I will ask sir if they can meet you, what hole are you on”? One hour later another call sorry they have gone for the day”. I could go on. Absolutely the worst golfing experience I have had globally. Reading previous reviews there appears no accountability and no changes. Avoid the Faldo Course at all costs it is terrible. Hey Nick, either remove you name endorsement or at worst stop taking your commissions.

This was the 2nd time I have played and stayed at Amendoeira resort and both times I’ve been utterly impressed. This time round was even better than first due the condition of the course. I read a few reviews before visiting that the course, greens and tee boxes weren’t in great condition which made me concerned but the tees we played off (white) were near immaculate. I did notice the yellow tee boxes especially on the Faldo course were quite worn but it wasn’t a problem for us who were playing off the white tees. The course itself was in great condition, fairways were perfect and greens were spotless. The greens were unbelievably quick at times which was a struggle for us higher handicappers but suited the lower handicapper who may be used to that pace. The apartments were spotless as they were first time round. A great space to chill after our round. They are secluded away from any town or shops which is why you pay a cheaper rate but we got Ubers into albufeira at night for around €20-€25. Between 4 of us it wasn’t a problem. I will definitely be going back as both times have been the cheapest and most inclusive package on the market by a stretch.
