蘭開斯特希爾頓逸林度假村(DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Lancaster)

Price for this hotel was a little ridiculous for what we were offered. There was no housekeeping which is a basic for any Hilton/doubletree etc. Cant charge 400 bucks a night and not have housekeeping. Otherwise situation was acceptable at best. Food and morning options could have been better.

The hotel in itself was very nice, the cafe in the hotel was terrible. $15 a person for a buffet breakfast that was absolutely disgusting, what a waste of $72. The fruit was soggy and old, the pastries were soggy, the waffles were hard and rubbery. The bacon was salty. Was not impressed at all.

We come to Lancaster at least once a year and always stay here. This trip was disappointing. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was not as clean as it should have been. When we opened the sleep sofa there was food inside it and on the floor around the sofa. They did send the cleaning staff in the next morning to clean but when we called the front desk to tell them they were not very receptive or concerned. Check out staff was very nice and professional.

My experience was terrific! I'm always interested in how clean and nice hotel bathrooms are. I will literally leave an establishment on day one if the bathroom has holes in the walls or missing tiles or filthy bathtubs.... Needless to say, the bathroom was magnificent! The entire suite was wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again.

We were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that they had shut down the hot tub. We have been coming to this hotel for 14 years. First they demolished the original part of the hotel a few years back (which took away a lot of it's country charm). They also removed the children's water slide a couple years ago, and only replaced it with a sprinkler. Now on this trip, we learned they closed down the hot tub. It leaves us wondering what is next......

Front desk male at check in didn’t make you feel welcome. Not a soul around and he made me feel like I was bothering him & I should know where to go and do. Wasn’t a first good impression!

Every year we visit Lancaster. And I got recommend this hotel from my friend. Actually I liked this hotel, nice pool and scenery. But when I found dried dog poops under the sofa, I knew my choice was wrong. My husband complained but there was no apology at all and Hanna kept saying ‘Do you want to clean the room? and ‘we don’t have any room.’ When my husband asked to call manager, she changed the room without calling manager. We got one different room, but we didn‘t understand the staff’s attitude and reaction, already ruined feeling. That made us so disappoint.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff. Pool was amazing, especially with heat in and around the pool. One of our bed was soft and comfy. The other was stiff and horrible. Pillows weren't comfortable at all, bring your own. Disappointed we couldn't order room service for the kids since there wasn't a menu or anything. Overall, we'd return for another stay.

We did a mom and daughter getaway! We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very nice and comfortable. It is close to a lot of cafes and there is plenty to do!
