Wasn't anything special. Had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator after check-in because one (of the three small elevators) was broken and there were so many people trying to go up/down. The trek from the parking garage is long and inconvenient given they charge a daily fee for parking on top of the room charges (and the gate arms in/out of the garage didn't even work, for that matter). Carpet in the room had stains and the bed and pillows were just meh. I expected more from this property and was unfortunately disappointed.

Must stay! Very clean, with great customer service and a nice-sized pool. The breakfast was okay, but better than most hotel breakfast buffets. Parking is $15 for the garage, but there is also street parking available.

Two hotels share a common main floor. Rally unique setup but signs point in the right direction. Parking garage attached to the whole thing was nice. Staff at check in was cordial and professional. Room was wll kept if a little cold and did have a very sterile smell to it. I had left my room for about two hours and when I returned I met a stranger leaving my room as I was walking in. He held up a key and said that his key opened my room by mistake. I got into my room and noticed some personal items stolen. I went back to the door and he was gone. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and their first question was. "Was he a guest or did he look homeless?" Security was called over repeat the scenario and he gave me the same question. No one on staff at that time had access to anything that could look for the guy or see if his badge he showed me did actually scan into my room until the night shift came in. I heard my door make a noise at 10pm. Looked in the peep hole and it was the night shift. Went to put some pants on and when I got back they were already gone. No knock at all. When I checked out, the day staff were not made aware of the incident and they never even called the police to file a complaint. You would think that in the spirit of doing good business they would at least investigate or let the authorities know about it. But instead they just ignored it, and didn't even bother to tell the staff what happened. Must be pretty common then.

Very nice property. Hard to find parking for check in, then $15 to park in garage. Close to riverfront festival.

Neat building history, nice bar, restaurant. The Pos. The Neg. Public parking ramp behind hotel which you could park for free , said charged 15 by hotel a 50 dollar charge was on my bill, waiting for rest to drop off!
