We have a clean well maintained home There are 2 bedrooms, both Queen size beds, and 1 full bathroom available to you. You will not be sharing the home with other renters. You get the house to yourself. There is a Full Kitchen with everything you need to prepare and eat.There is a gas BBQ Grill out in the backyard. The kitchen is great for 2 people to eat in.There is a dining area with seating for 6 people. The backyard has a large covered patio with a dining table for 6 people. Most guests enjoy our normally great weather and eat on the patio. It is a Wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. Our home is in a outstanding location with quick access to local sports/concert venues & shopping.The NFL Stadium is less than 15 minutes away now called State Farm Stadium.Next to that is Desert Diamond Arena. Next to that is Shopping, Dinning & Entertainment called Westgate. And less than a mile from all that is Desert Diamond Casino new in 2020.There are shuttles between Westgate and the Casino. Also nearby, 10 minutes away, is Arrowhead. It's the location ofone of the Spring Training Facilities and a full Indoor mall and surrounding Retailers and Restaurants.There is a Planet Fitness in short walking distance from the house along with some great local restaurants. Lounge cushions have been removed. Please use white towels on sun lounge chairs and for all outdoor needs as we do not provide "pool" towels. We do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure. Extra umbrellas are in the storage shed or behind the white fence. Please ask if you need additional umbrellas. Arizona weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture spotless; especially any type of cushions. The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean it after your use. Please note that members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage.
