Thanks for a great overnight stay!

The check-in was smooth, but when we got into our room, the air was stale and there were uncleaned areas on the carpet and glass partition where it looked like someone spit on the glass. It could have been cleaner for what we spent there. Other than that, the included breakfast was good and I like the movie, pizza, popcorn, drinks and special token for the kids that was presented on Saturday night. I like that the hotel totally caters to children, the only issue I had was the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing. I had problem with my car starting and the maintenance guy and the ladies at the front desk help me get a jump start instead of waiting for Triple A that was taking too long. The hotel was clean and the customer service was nice. I wish they would’ve clean the shower more or just bring shower shoes

The rooms are outdated and dirty. The carpet smells and there is rust in the tub. The decor in the main lobby is disgusting the chairs are dirty and old. I was there 3 nights and my room was not serviced once even though I was told it would be. The sheets don’t fit the bed properly and are impossible to get back on. The air conditioner made so much noise. The hot tub was out of order and the pool water looked dirty. The gym was disgusting machines filthy with old dirty mats rolled into a corner. The restaurant we ordered from forgot our utensils and when asking the front desk they said they could not assist everything is locked up I know it isn’t there fault but not accommodating to their guests at all. Beds were so hard and pillows smelled musty. Don’t stay here !

My check in time on October 28th was at anytime after 4:00 pm, I came there at like 8:30 am to check out where it was at, and asked the gentleman at the desk to confirm my reservations, and he said yes. I said I have a conference across the street I will be back after 4:00 to check in, I come back and my reservation was no longer there and they gave my room to someone else.

They gave my room away. I called early and asked for an early check in, they said that was fine. On arrival they said they over sold rooms and ******* was relocating me. ******* never called me I had to call them. ******* representative was rude and took him 2hrs to find me a hotel with the same accommodations I had booked. I will never use ******* again. I was offered NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND TROUBLES. IT WAS JUST LIKE NO-ONE CARED. THE FRONT DESK CLERK AND ******* REPRESENTATIVE JUST DID NOT CARE! I will NEVER use ******* again! THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS YOU CAUSED ME!

Very clean and inviting environment , I brought my children and they enjoy their stay. Space is very well divided, we were 4 , the sofa and living room turns i to a bedroom to sleep at night. The Tv can turn to either the bed or the livingroom.

There are stains all over the sofa and blankets. The elevator did not stop on the second floor. The other elevator does but only if the one on the right didn't come to first floor. What a stupid thing to deal with. Service improved marginally. The front desk seems waay over worked. She did best she can alone. Breakfast was gross. Never enough seats in lobby.

The hotel was dirty. The pull out sofa bed cushions and carpet were very noticeably stained all over. The breakfast was OK. However, I don’t think there’s much to go around compared to the amount of people that stay there overnight. The breakfast attendant was trying her very best to keep up with the high demand and refill the breakfast items quickly but it was very overwhelming. For the price they charge they could do better. Let’s be honest the convenience of being just steps away from Sesame place is the only thing that keeps this hotel afloat, otherwise it would have been one star.
