蘭開斯特西Candlewood Suites(Candlewood Suites Lancaster West)

Hotel is very nice . Young lady who check me in was very friendly . Lady who check me out was friendly as well. I was at this hotel for 2 nights . I enjoyed my stay. For people who is seeking this hotel don’t hesitate , I just don’t understand why other folks put a bad rating. When I was was looking for a hotel , I read the reviews which made me hesitate but I glad I gave it a chance. I stayed at this hotel 6/27/23 to 6/29/2023.

The staff was very pleasant. The room was quite cozy and clean. Ammenities (pool, gym, laundry) was a great plus. The only issue we had was the bathroom accessibility. I booked a room that said accessible, walk in bath. The staff said the description of the room posted was inaccurate and there are NO rooms with walk in accessible tubs. We did enjoy our stay and would return.. unfortunately my mom cannot.

Limited food options in the area,road construction put a limit to access of area. Cable for tv was not connected correctly, even after adjusting there was little reception. Bath wash was completely empty in shower. Very limited towels available in room. Average rating for the price. Every time door was opened,made very loud noise, needed to be adjusted. Staff at front desk were pleasant.

After booking my room 3 months in advance and confirming that it was available it turned out that arriving at the hotel that my room was in fact unavailable. They did try to compensate me but it was still a big inconvenience for my family and I.

Dishes & silverware was left dirty, floor cleanliness in the rooms was nonexistent (your feet turn black with dirt in less than a half hour), major language barrier between the front desk and the maintenance staff.

I was impressed with the amount of space I had within the suite. Will definitely put this property first on my list when again I am visiting Lancaster!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The faucet dripped in the tub. It took four days from when we reported it for them to fix it.

The property was clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The area around the property was very clean and there was plenty of parking spaces.

The first room we got looked to be under construction and not ready for guests. We went to the lobby and asked for a new room and without hesitation they gave us a new room and it was fantastic! It was clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
