Lovely stay, we enjoyed very much, Ting the manager is really helpful and welcoming. My fur baby Bobbie had a really good time, just like home:)

I made contact with the host days leading up to my arrival to inform I would be arriving rather late to told I would be sent details upon arrival. On the morning of my last night there I was sent txt msgs accusing me of smoking which I do not nor have I ever done so to make it worse the host wrote there in bold but accusing only me!!! I was literally there to only sleep due to a busy schedule with friends to celebrate my birthday. I never used the spa didn’t make any noise and most certainly didn’t smoke. The property should also disclose that it’s not accessible friendly for people like myself with impaired mobility!! All the accommodation is upstairs and not very well lit. Thank goodness for having friends living nearby as I didn’t feel comfortable returning to the property I would never recommend nor stay here again ever

I arrived late as explained to the host and basically left early each morning and back very late so only there to sleep. I get txt msgs in bold writing accusing me of smoking and other guests complaining I’ve never smoked and wasn’t there long enough to see any other guests. The host made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome considering I was staying to celebrate my birthday with friends who live nearby I’ll never stay nor recommend this place. I insisted the host check cameras to see my comings and goings I feel like I’ve been judged on my artwork shame on you

What a lovely place with a delightful host. Great communication from Ting, the host and effortless checkin. Ting has a great knowledge of the area and will guide you through anything you need to know. The room is spotless with everything we needed. There’s a pod coffee machine as well. Towels are extra fluffy and there’s good quality shampoo and conditioner. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Ting made sure each step of our reservation and stay went well for us we really appreciated her kindness and insight into the surroundings areas. Breakfast in the morning was just perfect plus she made extra bread for us to take on our journey that to Cradle Mountain which by the is spectacular hiking and wildlife adventure. Best wishes Ting hope to see you again soon!

We enjoyed the stay very much. The reception is courteously friendly. The room is furnished with style and elegance and very clean. One of the highlights is the individual breakfast, which is brought to the room at the desired time - with announcement via SMS. The hostess provides lots of valuable information about Penguin and excursions in the surrounding area. A first-class address.
