紅頂飯店-德里裡奇(Red Roof Inn Dry Ridge)

I love all the staff there. They are awesome and all are people who i consider my friends. Every single one of the staff. ❤️😍

There are decent, even good, Red Roof Inns. Then there is this one. The key card didn't work unless you yanked the door just right - but the sullen teen in the ripped jeans at the desk didn't tell me that until I lugged all my stuff up the stairs - there's no elevator. When I went back down she mentioned it. She only activated the key for one night even though I was booked for three, and so I had to repeat the back-to-the-desk trip another night. The shower grout was black, there were little flying bugs everywhere, and the single-pane window let in all the racket from the interstate, which was about 100 feet away. There are better places to spend part of your life. Find them.

We only had one towel and no washrags. Motel really needs some repairs and updates. Probably would not stay there again. But, it was convenient to food and interstate.

Floors did not look cleaned. Bathroom door had large chunk of paint missing. Bathroom tiles cracked. Stain on bedspread. Staff was helpful with requests.

The place was filthy. Urine on mattress pad Pillows were stained covered with urine Blood on comforters sheets were dirty Place was dirty. Wash cloths had mascara on them. The other comforter had footprints all over it

The hotel was very rundown. The room was disgusting, floors were warped and curling up. The door to the room had peeling paint. There was a bad smell in the entire building. We saw our room and immediately canceled our stay.

High rate with no free breakfast and no coffee or microwave in the room. Updated bathroom, but door had huge place that just needed paint. Hole in wall from entry door opening.

This property is old and rundown. The price charged per night is far above the value received. I canceled my second night and have not received a credit for the cancellation. I may have to file a complaint with my credit card provider.

Everything worked and the staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have a breakfast.
