布里真德普瑞米爾飯店（M4, J35）(Premier Inn Bridgend (M4, J35))

Have stayed at this Premier Inn for work on a number of occasions and have never had any problems. Despite it's location next to the Motorway it is well shielded from the noise, with easy access to the town .

I had no problems with the hotel, staff or food, but was disappointed with the fact I could not charge my EV anywhere on site. Other than the fact I was charged twice for everything, once when I made the booking and again when we arrived. Getting a refund is proving to be time consuming.

Amazing customer service from all the team! Extra teas and coffees available at reception and extra pillows in room! Although it's by the motorway, you can't hear a thing and was the best night's sleep in a while! I needed a room on the ground floor so I called up before my stay and they changed my room around for me! Will definitely be staying again!

No one in reception for 5 mins. Bed and room had odour USB charger not working. Remote for TV very hit and miss The other Premier inn a little further on is a much better offering. Would not use this one again, rooms, although clean, felt very dated AND, no purple light over the bed!!! (not that I useit!)

Sometimes all you need after a long drive is a friendly welcome a nice clean room and excellent food and wine . All of this I got from my recent stay at Premier Inn Bridgend . I would recommend it to others and will be back to stay again.

Very helpful and understanding lady on reception, help me when the wifi wasn’t working so good by upgrading me to the ultimate wifi and even refunded me £1.40 when the vending machine went faulty and even offered me a bar of her own multi pack double decker. It’s the little things in life 😁

Great location for what I had planned for the weekend. Staff were friendly and efficient sorting any issues out that arose. The only issue was that mobile phone reception was not the greatest at the hotel.

The Premier Inn at Bridgend was brilliant for an overnight stay when I had to attend functions near Pencoed the next day. My room was quiet and comfortable and all the staff were, without exception, friendly and very helpful. I had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Everything just worked as it should. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel highly.

Easy check in, lots of parking easy to find off motorway bit if a way into town (taxi £17). Room clean, 4 pillows, new bed I think - very very high but only 4’6” rather than the great big bed they usual do. Bar and restaurant on site and McDonalds 30 seconds walk away
