埃卡斯沖浪度假飯店(Ekas Surf Resort & Surf Camp)

Tener en cuenta que es un hotel para dormir únicamente no para pasar el día. No tiene comodidades o amenities cómo plancha (solicitamos pero tampoco tenían disponible para los huéspedes), también cuentan con secador de cabello. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado así que debes abrir las ventanas y aunque la temperatura es agradable con el sonido de los autos en la calle puede ser difícil para dormir. Fuera de eso el servicio fue muy bueno por parte del personal, el desayuno también y un área muy segura para caminar. Restaurantes a 15 min caminando

Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the closeness to Usaquen and Hacienda Santa Barbara. Location is easy to get in and out and parking is very convenient. Brakfast choices were limted but food was good.

They dont have frigobar, the ckitchen always was closed to early they close, they have a terrible atencion to the guest, bad breakfast, and the employes are rude they never even say hello or good mornig

Mis respetos al Sr Andres, Y a Josean los front desk al contrario totalmente mal atendido por el Sr.Fernando, front desk nocturno e incluso el guardia dexsegurida no me presto confianza en si gestion laboral.Hace falta un microondas en las habitaciones o en la facilidad del hotel porque no dan la alternativa. Incluso hay que pedir una neverita porque tampoco es un beneficio sin requerirlo. En total, es mi 3ra ves que me hospedo y no veo mejoria alguna.

clean and decent but worn out. I spent 9 days and it is literally a Hotel to just sleep and nothing else. a literal expectation vs Reality thing. Employees were AMAZING! always trying to make you feel comfortable. Housekeeping, security, front desk, breakfast crew, all of them great! No fridge. My bed was wall to wall with next rooms bathroom so every time someone would wake up and go to the bathroom I could hear them flush and I could hear the pipes roaring!

The property looks nice. My Sister recommended ir and so far all the family is using this convenient hotel, Only two suggestions: Bottled water should be provided. We arrived late snd I couldn’t take my medicine. Don’t trust tap water. Also, Internet connection is very poor.

The hotel is pretty, the breakfast is good, but the front desk at night time is not good at all, a guy is in there is rude , not friendly at all, and no water at front desk, not good . Another bad thing was the smell, was so strong that I couldn't sleep the first night , so I had to request no cleaning on my room

The room was extremely cold at all the times. We are from New England. Even though, we requested a portable heater, the room was not comfortable. The room lacks of amenities like microwave, litter freeze, iron, blower, shower caps, there was not heat. -The staff at the restaurant were not polite. The hostess served us some egg omelets. They did not offer us a drink. We had to request them. The main entrance needs maintenance. The hallways are very dark. -Very unprofessional and rude. We booked our stay for 9 days. At the 4th day we had to move to another hotel in Usaquen. We couldn’t take any more. -Nothing seems up to code for their price.
