春節全家6口人來到了吉利M島，入住了Kurakura，強烈推薦入住，真的是比我預想的還要好，雖然酒店不是什麼五星級大酒店，但是房間乾淨，大。雖然是雨季，但我們呆了5天，雖然雲多，但就遇到一場小雨，下了1小時，夜裡下的大點，完全不影響遊玩。我們帶2小孩訂了一間聯通房。竟然有2個大床，2個單人床，共3個房間。還有一個小遊泳池。島上十分安靜，春節5天就碰到1個國人。出門右轉就是ATM機，可以用銀聯取現。島上基本衹能用現金，不能刷卡。真的是太意外了。酒店就位於m島碼頭處，下船1分鐘就到了。可以租自行車環島。左邊走過碼頭就是很好的浮潛區域，珊瑚巨大，顏色豐富，海龜不少，魚類更是巨多。右轉走幾分鐘就是小海龜基地。橫穿到島對面，騎車5分鐘，下海則是最著名的海底雕像，這裏也有不少海龜，還有獅子魚。酒店人員十分熱情，太喜歡這裏了。門口就是酒店餐廳，面朝大海。 島上的慢生活太好了，完美的春節之行。

Это один из лучших отелей, в которых мы были. Брали номер гранд. Мелочи в номере удивляют, там даже пижама есть розовая, все полотенца ароматизированы, в общем очень крутой номер. Завтраки у нас были включены, было вкусно все, за исключением свежевыжатого сока, уж очень разбавленный. Территория отеля небольшая, но какой вид у бассейна, это просто бомба, будто ты в кино. Мне самой посоветовали этот отель и я ни разу не пожалела. Друзья и я в восторге!

我們在Mola2度假村度過了愉快的時光。作爲一家人,與我們兩個長大的孩子一起旅行,Mola2wa位於海灘上,位置優越,但第一線後面有安靜的房間。工作人員很友好特別是伊佐姆,他非常專業,樂於助人,非常有幫助他給了我們很好的建議,並幫助租了自行車和乘船旅行。他回程在快艇上爲我們辦理了入住,也很高效,經理也很熱情,很專業,如果有機會再來吉利,我們一定會再來莫拉2度假村。

We booked Ke rensia villas for part of our honeymoon. Before we arrived, we messaged via *********** to ask if it was ok if we checked in at 12pm as that's when our boat was arriving. The owners responded and said yes, that would be fine. We arrived after a very long journey on an extremely hot day. Both of us were pouring with sweat after finally reaching the hotel with very heavy bags. When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another 2 hours. We were told 'you can walk around for 2 hours and come back'. When we insisted we had already arranged an early check in, the female member of staff who works on the desk was extremely rude to us and shrugged her shoulders and said 'that's just our check in time'. Eventually we were seated in the restaurant, Lockdown Kitchen and the staff said they would get a villa ready for us. When we were finally shown the villa, we were really disappointed. It was dirty, with a filthy breakfast bar area and there were several dead insect stains on the walls and a dead, squashed cockroach on the floor. The bedroom was extremely dark and dingy too, with a very hard bed. It was definitely not the romantic villa in the photos. To make matters worse, the location of the villa meant that ants, flies, enormous spiders and other flying creatures constantly came into the kitchen area and then also into our bedroom. On several occasions we had to call the front desk to have very large spiders removed from our villa because they kept ending up in our bedroom. It was really difficult to relax and go to sleep at night when we were worried about huge spiders coming under the large gap under the door and into our bedroom. On the first night some of the electrics in the villa complex also went out which meant our garden lights stopped working and we couldn't sit by our pool in the evenings. This still wasn't fixed when we checked out. Breakfast was average. I tried two coffees while we were here, both of which were abysmal and had to be thrown away. The banana pancakes I had were passable. You also couldn't close or lock the bathroom door from the inside which meant there wasn't much privacy going to the bathroom. Overall this was an extremely disappointing stay. The only plus point for this hotel was the lovely male staff members who were really friendly and helpful. However we would definitely not stay here again when we return to Gili Air and will not be recommending this hotel. This stay nearly ruined our honeymoon and we desperately wished we had booked somewhere else. In conclusion, the female member of staff here needs some customer training and if you like clean places and you aren't a fan of insects you definitely shouldn't book here.

不熱水的房間!!早餐是失望,在第一晚的自助餐,我們拜並預訂了另外一個晚上,第二晚是早餐“a la carte”,我們付了同樣的代價。這完全沒有意義,理由是他們沒有在30多位客人的情況下做自助餐,而只有我們吃的那一刻,桌子上有大約25人--其餘的很好!我們會再度呆着。

I was initially drawn to stay here from the beautiful decor and amazing reviews.. Both are very accurate in real life! As soon as we stepped into Hadi Hideaway we knew we’d picked the perfect place to stay, I said to my boyfriend this is how I imagine heaven to be. It was so peaceful, beautiful and serene. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. Like they say, make you feel like family! The service was comparable to a high 5 star hotel. Before you arrive they invite you to a WhatsApp to keep in contact throughout your stay which was very helpful. Food and drinks including breakfast was delicious. Amazing flat white too! Perfect location, 5 minutes from the harbour. I felt so grateful and lucky to experience a holiday on Gili Air and to stay at Hani Hideaway, one of, if not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From our first step into this resort, we were made to feel welcome. All rooms are cabana style with direct access into the most amazing pool on Gili Air. Rooms had very comfortable king size beds with amazing pillows. TV with Netflix was installed and internet access superb. A good breakfast (freshly cooked from the menu) was served next to the second infinity pool overlooking the sea. Nightly films showing on a large screen which is common in Gili Air. Especially nice was the manager and family inviting us to join in with a sing-a-long at night whilst sat on bean bags next to the pool. No, this hotel is not perfect but if it was it would have 5 stars and be much more expensive. The pools, rooms and staff will give you a 5 star experience so please do not overlook this little gem. 我們在貝爾 Air 度假酒店度過了愉快的時光!我們非常自發地到達,因爲我們決定在美麗的吉利 Air 島上停留更長的時間。我們住的另一家酒店(但在接下來的幾天沒有房間)推薦這家酒店。我可以理解爲什麼,工作人員超級友好,真的超越。房間很乾淨,很好,游泳池也很乾淨,這似乎是吉利空氣的例外。會再來,推薦給其他人!

Это был шикарный отель ,с просторными номерами ,балкон с удобными лежаками .Ела очень вкусная ,бар на бассейне с улыбчивым персоналом .Обязательно вернусь снова
