DEAR MANAGEMENT TOLONG DIBACA, 1. Saya checkin tgl 6 jan, bisa di cek siapa front desk perempuan yg on duty. Sampai meja saya duluan yg nyapa “selamat siang” & jawaban staff anda? “Mau ngapain ya kak?” Bener2 geleng2 saya. Bisa ditraining lg “selamat siang, ada yg bisa saya bantu?” Enak didengar & lebih professional. 2. Saya baca review tp tetep berharap dapet kamar proper. Ternyata Zonk. Meja, kursi berdebu, apalagi headboard yg berbahan beludru debu semua, Sprei terutama sarung bantal kucel, kotor banyak noda & ada rambut (diganti ga spreinya ini?), wc keliatan bgt cuman dilap kering. Bahkan glass doornya keliatan gapernah dibersihin. 3. Sepanjang selasar lorong pakai karpet banyak stain besar2 seperti bekas air bocor/banjir.

Agak kecewa karena sarapan dianter ke kamar padahal ambil kamar dengan sarapan tujuan biar bs makan di restorannya

Bono is a good hotel, they have a good view. Good breakfast but sad the hospitality kinda bad.

Pengalaman terburuk selama menginap di hotel. Pas mati lampu gensetnya tidak hidup mulai dari jam 1 malam hingga subuh. Nginap di lantai 16 turun ke bawah tanpa ada panduan dan keterangan apaoun dari pihak hotel yg terjadi. Kamar bersik suara hujan kedengaram dan angin masuk melalayu celah jendela.dijanjikan kompensasi sampe bulan agustus dan telah dihubungi via tlp lokal klo kami berhak menerima kompensasi eh pas di mau konfirmasi ulang malah dibilang sudah kadaluasa voucher nya.

Lift Lama, Sarapan Habis, Manajer Sarapan ga sopan marahin anggotanya disaat masih ada yang sarapan sambil bilang 'kamu jangan bohongin saya' dengan nada yang engga enak didenger wegilak baru baru sekali ini nemuin hal beginian. Pertama dan terakhir saya staycation di Bono Hotel, Kirain bakalan bagus ternyata mengecewakan

I went for breakfast with my family, but it turns out as an unpleasant breakfast experience. The day before, we booked a breakfast for 5 pax and yes.. It was confirmed through whatsapp. But then, when we arrived at the hotel. No one knows the booking n had no idea about our reservation. Long story short finally we got our seat. And at the resto.. It was a hectic morning. No wonder since that day was Sunday. But it seems very obvious that they were lack of staffs n all their staffs were overwhelmed. No friendly gesture at all. Even not helpful. We got our table uncleaned and we asked for a clear up and somehow it took 30 minutes to get it done. It was 08.15am and the food in the buffet were all almost empty and there was no refill until 09.00. The foods were just okay. The chef on the eggs stations was very nice & friendly. I guess this is the only good thing. Lets talk about the health protocol. From 0 to 10, the protocol just 3. 1 for giving the hand washing station in front of the main door before we entering the lobby. The 2nd one is they provide hand gloves (even tho no one is using that lol) in the buffet as the formality i guess? And the 3rd one is. All of the staffs were wearing masks. And I guess that all of you guys can expect from this Bono Hotel. Most of the guest didnt wear the mask (even when taking the foods). Product: 5/10 (ambience, furniture etc) Services: 4/10 Food: 6/10
