Our home is located within reach of three major Houston highways, about 20 minutes from Hobby airport, and less than 5-minute from local parks and trails. The house is equipped with furnishings and amenities to make you feel right at home. We welcome vacationers and business travelers alike and would love to host you on your next trip to the Houston area. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Always a great stay Second time staying at this property. First time in April 2023 for a week, this time 2 weeks. House is very nice, clean, and nicely stocked with items to make the stay easy. Everything we needed was already there! Neighborhood is quiet. Host is easy to work with and responsive to any issues that arise. During our first trip the internet went out and she had it fixed (new router) within a couple of hours. We'll stay again if our travels take us to Pearland or the Houston area.

6 STARS ARE NOT AVAILABLE I would give this property, this stay, this host 6 stars if available. This was an incredible stay. The place was so clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Spices and condiments were readily available. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Beryl answered my questions in her communications that made the experience flawless. I am overjoyed with our stay. If I'm back in Texas and within two hours of this lodging, THIS IS MY CHOICE!!! Anyone in the Pearland area looking for lodging to be comfortable and taken care of, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!

Close enough to Houston without crowds We went to the rodeo and this place was great to stay with easy access to south Houston.

5 days in Pearland Property was as advertised. Nice little amenities like plenty of toilet paper, garage bags, q-tips, etc.

Loved our stay We really loved our stay here over the holidays to visit some family. The house was spacious, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back.

Family funeral stay Beautiful home was perfect for a family coming into town for a funeral. Beryl was wonderful & quick to address any issues, which were negligible. Beds are comfortable and adjustable for a good night's sleep.

Great Experience This entire experience was great. The communication from the host was wonderful, and the property was great. I appreciated it being exactly as described. The host made us feel like VIPs.
