Excellent, well-furnished home located high up above Peachland, with a good view of the lake. Decks front and back, with back deck closed in and reasonably weather proof. Front deck has a view of the lake. Absolutely quiet at night because of its location, except for the crickets chirping and birds. Deer even come to sleep at night in the very large back yard. Lots of parking space in the yard for larger vehicles such as RVs. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms were quiet and warm. Nichole (Nikki) is an excellent host: cheerful and engaging, but also makes sure you have your own social space. She made several suggestions as to what to see in the area, as well as favorite places to eat. The breakfasts that were provided were excellent and very filling, all home made. We will definitely be going back to stay here in the future.

Travelling through Peachland, I stopped for one night for sentimental reasons. Niki the hostess, welcomed me to her beautiful home when I arrived. The house was easy to find and set in the hills above Okanagan Lake. My room was well appointed with TV and cooling fan. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a great shower. After freshening up, I drove the short distance down to the lake front for supper and a stroll. Later in the evening, back at the house, I enjoyed the cooler air and views of the lake from the front patio. I had requested an early start in the morning. So, by 6:15am, Niki had produced a wonderful, hot Breakfast which I enjoyed outdoors on the front patio. Hostess Niki was wonderful and looked after me very well. Just like staying with family.
