Make sure you book through the hotel, NOT TRIP.COM, our guys checked out 2 days early, we were charged an early check out fee AND FOR THE ROOM!!!! NEVER AGAIN, BOOK THROUGH THE HOTEL!!!! WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD HELP. NOT AVAILABLE. GOOD LUCK IF YOU STAY THERE AND NEED TO CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION!

Friendly staff, great service, decent rooms

I liked the setup of my suite because it didn’t feel like a hotel room. cozy and met my needs

I liked everything about the facilities and i will most definitely be back in the future.

I like the easy access to the freeway snd how it is tucked in a quiet place off the mainstream

If traveling on I 94 and need an overnight accommodation, this PawPaw, MI hotel appears to be recently renovated - reasonable, clean, friendly and nice continental breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. They all always had smiles on their faces. Our room was really clean and everything worked. Updated and modern like it's brand new.

Good stay. Rooms could have been cleaned a little better. Hair in the shower. Food crumbs on the floor. But I would stay here again

We absolutely love our room and the staff is outstanding. They definitely have gone above and beyond. The breakfast is great too.

the breakfast was not as good as other hotels. we stay att holiday inn express and breakfast much better there more options the coffee not good

Everything as advertised. Came for one night to attend a funeral, the bed & pillows were super comfy. Only regret, it was during there huge wine festival and could not par take it definitely raised price of room because of demand.

Front desk staff person was very kind and professional. Hotel had good amenities with free breakfast.

The toilets are dated. The bath area needs chair high elongated toilets in this day and age or more handicap bars.
