"EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I stayed at this property on the night of January 22, 2026. The room was clearly unsanitary, so much so that I had to change the sheets myself with the help of the reception. That evening, I discovered BEDBUGS, a HORRIBLE situation that forced me to call the owner. They changed my room, only because it was late at night. The night I spent was a nightmare, as the other room was also dilapidated, and I remained awake with the light on to avoid being attacked by bedbugs. The following morning, I immediately changed properties for obvious reasons, requesting the refund I was rightfully entitled to, by calling the owner, who spoke in a loud voice and hung up on me. From that moment, before receiving the PARTIAL refund, I had to wait a long time, send multiple reminder emails, go to the property in person, and receive intimidating and unprofessional responses from the owner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY. P.S. I only had to give one star because the platform requires it; honestly, this property doesn't deserve any positive reviews."
