Welcome to our home located on 4 acres of land w/high-speed internet available throughout the property. Conveniently located 10-15 mins from LakePoint Sporting Complex & East Cobb Baseball Complex (25-30 min drive). The space Welcome to the spacious Chateau. This rare gem provides ample space for medium to large groups to enjoy personal and professional occasions, making it an ideal vacation spot or retreat! If you're looking for the soothing sound of nature while splashing in the saltwater pool, soaking up some hot tub fever, paddling around the private lake, grilling your favorite meals, or fishing. Look no further; the Chateau offers all the above and so much more. The Chateau is the perfect location for spending time with family and friends while having plenty of space to do it! We offer reservations for the entire property at an additional cost of $200/night, which includes the guest house. Both houses provide 9 bedrooms, 17 beds, 6.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 11+ TVs with streaming capability, and more. Some groups are smaller than others. To better accommodate our more intimate groups, we now offer reservations to secure only the main home, including 6 bedrooms, 12 beds, & 4 baths, 1 kitchen, and 9 TVs with streaming. To reserve the entire property, it's easy! Just reach out to the host(s) and request the guest house. We're happy to assist! No matter your destination needs, we've got you covered. Whether you're looking to reserve both homes or just the main house, the outdoor amenities are included during your entire stay. These amenities include the outdoor bar, which features two large TVs and an assortment of outdoor seating, several patios with outdoor furniture, a saltwater pool, a jacuzzi, and a standalone pellet grill (the built-in silver grill is unavailable to guests). The Chateau truly has it all, and that's what makes it remarkable. As of August 2023, the Chateau has worked diligently to update all feedback from previous guests. There's a fee for extra guests exceeding 16 people of $25/person - per night; 3. We have 3 check-out chores; 4. The guests are responsible for maintaining the complimentary hot tub and grill; 5. Nature is heavily surrounding this home; it's very outdoorsy. 6. The pool & lawn care is serviced regularly, sometimes during reservations, to maintain its cleanliness; 7. Drugs are prohibited. The USE OF ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES is an immediate cancellation with no refund; 8. Guest MUST request approval for firearms to be accepted on-premises, and the owner(s) and manager(s) reserve the right to refuse any guns on the property; 9. The property is under surveillance, CCTVs are throughout the home's exterior. No active cameras inside of the house. Cameras are located outside one by the entrance door. Other camera outside facing the pavilion. Other cameras facing the guesthouse outside. Outside camera are for security purposes only. 11. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk; 12. Wildlife is unavoidable at this location due to the lake; please do not attempt to engage or touch any animals or other species; 13. ADULTS only for Jacuzzi; 14. You agree to review and understand all house rules in the homes Welcome Book; and 15. We do not allow parties; We offer this location to approved special events, such as small weddings, baby showers, corporate events, etc. (All special events REQUIRE approval by management- event fee may apply.) If only the main house is reserved, you will have access to the outdoor amenities and everything else excluding the guests home adjacent to the main house.
