Great place! The staff is really friendly and the helpful. They even upgraded me! Really enjoyed my stay!

Ok so we have stayed here a few times. Find the reception staff very good and helpful. The rooms are good, good air con, kept clean, shower water not hot but not cold. If you like your tea, bring your own tea bags. Good rooftop pool, gym is very small with just a couple of bits of equipment, the large fan is a help as no air con. The treadmill has been replaced with a new one but to be honest they should of spent a bit more cash and got a decent one. I could only get it to speed up....it would not drop down speed, so your only option is STOP button. This next bit is my only complaint and because of this won't be staying there again....they have a free shuttle bus service due to where their hotel is situated. It a good 10 to 15 minute walk to either soi 6 or to central road (Pattaya Klang). Not far but when you walk it a couple of times, it gets a bit of a pain. The evening driver is very helpful and polite. He is always there waiting to take you. The daytime driver is not so polite or helpful. He never smiles, doesn't talk to you, very arrogant and most of the time you cant get him. The time it takes him to get to you, you could of walked it....trust me it is quicker to walk. He has no interest in communicating with the guests and strolls round the place like he owns it. We needed our bathroom light changing. He has got away with it for the last few years and he doesn't seem to care and even the reception staff are aware of it. We have had enough and decided to book somewhere else for future trips to Pattaya.....such a shame that this one person lets all the rest of the staff down for their hard work. Oh and yes I have complained, trust me it makes no difference. The hotel has now lost me, my wife and friends who I usually book to stay there. There again if you are not bothered about this....then it's a good hotel and good price.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel what so ever. Amazing hospitality. Cleaners are on form. Smiley staff. The security man is very reasonable. The rooftop pool is great and clean. Plenty of loungers. Motorbike taxi or rent outside. Mini C shop also outside. Siam view do laundry cheaper than launderette across the road. Beds are clean and comfortable. All in all very good value for money! I will deffo be returning.

Pros: Good hotel with rooftop pool. Pool is usually quiet therefore you can have the pool to yourself at times. Spacious rooms and large balcony. The hotel has a restaurant next door and there is a little gem of a cafe across from the hotel (opposite) serving delicious food. Cons: No bar or snacks on roof top pool and not much atmosphere. A little far from main shops/bars, around 15/20 minute walk. Overall, cheap and cheerful place to stay.
