4. Fully Furnished with 3 Smart Tvs to watch free Netflix, You tube and top quality of cable TV plus Sound Bar Music system to enjoy watching movie with cinema theater,
5. Big Swimming pools on Ground floor and 5th floor,
6. Washer in the apartment (in second bedroom balcony). There is also a laundry center with Washers and Dryers for your usage,
7. Free Shuttle Van to drop off/pick up from Pattaya Beach Center,
8. Top quality Water Filter for free drinking water,

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb1500, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. 2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
