Hotel was good staff was so active breakfast buffet was delicious 😋 specially thanks to chandan his good take care us thanks to hotel red velvet patna my neat visit soon my all family was good injoy and experience was so nice 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗I really so happy movment in my life

The hospitality is very good , well ***nered staff ,polite and courteous.At the resturant Neetu and Aditya took care of the guest in the most appropriate ***ner .,.....,.......................... The food has good variety and well placed

Good hotel but need to improve the service standards.. Good ambience.. food is good. Behavior of restaurant staff is good specialy Ms Neetu. Suggestion is to improve room service because it's taking long time.need to give reminders for the service

The overall experience is excellent from reception, added to all the services from the hotel. There Room services, Restaurant, help desk all are very up to the mark. Thank you to Neetu ji (hostess) and staff at Restaurant, for the warm welcoming!

Very good hotel in Patna City. Good rooms and room service. Rooms are very spacious. Complimentary Breakfast is awesome. It's located in the heart of the patna city. It's very close to all well known markets in patna. Hostess nitu mam take care of guests ver well.

Breakfast was very good with so ***y options. Behaviour of the staffs ( Ms Neetu) was excellent. Soft spoken lady but very careful about her guests. Room was ok. Good location....... .. . Reception staffs are also very caring. Moreover, the overall experience is good
