It was great experience in café western food and service excellent.Mr Rikant is good server helped us in selecting food and drinks overall it was a great experience.

Had a pleasant experience with the hotel. All staff members are helpful and sweet. Mr. Ravinder greeted us everyday at breakfast and made sure we had a great breakfast experience everyday

Great Service and Rooms. Loved my stay. Would love to stay in Best Western in future as well. Breakfast was also good and rooms were very spacious.

My Experience was good i have stayed for 5 days throughout that time i realised food is good, housekeeping is perfect and staff always pick the call no matter the time. I will definitely stay again just because of the quality and the service..

Food was amazing....staff was so helpful and polite.....specially reception staff Miss Chetna, and from room service staff Mr. Rohit was very quick and responsible with their services....the cleanliness and hygiene of the overall property especially rooms were outstanding i recommend everyone to visit the property if ever visited Pathankot.

Great hotel with great experience during my stay at Best western pathankot, i really appreciate the team of the hotel whos providing the best services to their guest upon there stay. I really enjoyed alot here and also I will appreciate the team housekeeping who's doing excellent work on daily basis by giving best services at rooms or maintaining the ambience of the hotel.
