酒店大堂花園很漂亮，房間設施齊全，房間裝修一般

環境特別棒，會議室和餐廳都是一流的，還有游泳池和特色小寺廟，房間較大，在尼泊爾是一流賓館。但設施有點老化，燈和洗手間都有點小毛病。

窗外樹林裏面有很多鳥，有時候晚上會比較吵。

當地算是高檔酒店了，雖然設備有點老，但還是不錯的

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. Big gym for exercise. Clean rooms and pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good! Location is good .. walking distance 10mins to the nearest shopping mall. Will surely come back to stay here!

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

以下是對喜馬拉雅酒店的一些建議： 1.前台及接待人員禮貌友善，積極協助處理各種問題。 2.但由於衛浴等設施陳舊，水中含有泥沙，導致淋浴後搔癢。 3.沒有飲水機，使用桶子裝水不環保。 4.健身房及部分建築正在裝修，造成噪音污染。

雖然是市中心，但對於旅客來說太遠了，而且城裡到處都是交通擁堵。 食物很一般，飯店工作人員很友善。
