My room selection was very spacious and it was great to see that I had a huge refrigerator and an entire kitchen area to myself, giving me the choice to cook for myself as all the necessary utensils were provided; this was similar to an Airbnb offer. The swimming pool area was quiet and beautiful, I had it all to myself. However, my problem was that customer service at the front desk offered poor service and had a nonchalant behavior ie my flight was late afternoon & I asked if I could stay for an extra 2hrs because check out was at 12pm and I didn't mind paying the fee based on a time basis but then she stated that I have to pay a full half day fee which is 12hrs fee which was ridiculous so I declined. Went down to the lobby and waited there for the 2hrs after which I asked if I could use the restroom then I was told it was out of use. Can you imagine that after spending so many days and money at the hotel but was refused to their restroom upon leaving.

Wide space, but very few amenities. No toothbrush, no bath soap. Plates, spoon and fork you can use is a little bit dirty. But the location and service is good.

Apart from the location and spacious room, the stay was not comfortable. Aircon is noisy, tv had to be replaced, shower head is old and bad, the bed was not comfortable, a lingering smell of smoke/cigarette in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was incredibly bad. Try other hotels nearby, they may be better.

酒店員工非常友好。地理位置優越，價格也非常合理（大約是附近酒店的一半）。然而，酒店看起來很舊，而且有蟑螂。此外，飯店不提供牙刷和牙膏，所以必須自備。除此之外，這是一次很棒的體驗。

タオル交換やスリッパ等のサービスはよくないですが場所がいいので問題ありません。キッチン、電子レンジなどがあるのでサービスアパートのような使い方には最適かと思います

Very safe to celebrate New Year. See you next New Year

Good location. 5-7 minute walk to SM Megamall which is also a bonus. And a 24hour restaurant + convenience store outside lobby entrance in case you want to grab some food. Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3. Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall. Regardless, i’d still come back.

The staff are great and accommodating. The only downside is on my first night, the room was not pleasant and not maintained. The air conditioner was loud , and I was not able to sleep at night. I requested to be transferred to another room with good amenities They moved me to another room in good condition.

We stayed for 3 nights on Triple Deluxe room. Very different from what it shows on the picture. Facilities are poor. The shower on room 3017 is not working properly. The water on the square shower head was coming out sideways! Towels are worn out. The room facilities could really do a renovation. Think it was over priced for what we got. Maybe we just got the worst room. Brekkie was okay / below average. Staff are really nice and friendly, was prompt to provide assistance with the safe. Didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

The lobby is modern and check-in is quick. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, but there are no free toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom. Complimentary parking was nit available for that day as well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities for meetings. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with a great location in Ortigas, despite the missing bathroom essentials.

We had a great time! I and my kids love every part of the hotel.
