It's a tiny room with decent air-conditioning and hot water with good pressure. Look, it's not the Ritz, but you get what you pay for. I needed a single persons room, I got a cheap one. They even give you some soap and a small bottle of water. 7/11 is nearby and so are many dining shops

My family of 6 stayed at the guest house for almost 3 weeks. From the time we got picked up at the airport to the time we have to return home, our experience have been phenomenal. The owners, Marites and George have been to gracious and accommodating to all my family’s needs. From everything we needed, they didn’t hesitate to make those needs met. At one point, they even made a special meal for me since I got sick the last week of our stay. A special menu that they don’t have listed was provided with a smile. They would often check me at my room to make sure that whatever I needed is provided. As for the staff at the guest house, they are a great group of hardworking women who made our stay memorable. The staff made sure that all our needs are met. often times would clean our rooms without being asked. They even asked me to clean my room while im inside. They always have a smile on their faces and very chatty with me during our stay. And I love to chat with them. To all the staff, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn, and whoever else I forgot. Thank you for your hard work and keeping the guest house clean. You are truly appreciated. -Leilani Gay

You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. Been here last June 2023 together with my family. The picture shown in the ads is not the same room they are offering. One of the dirtiest room I have ever seen. Full of mites everywhere. I have booked already the room but Ive decided to moved to other hotels with my family. The bed they used is just a scrap then they combined it to have a queen size bed. Never again. Please dont get scammed with this kind of accomodations. They need to be closed.

This budget hotel is really great. It’s situated near NAIA terminal 3 and 2. I would definitely recommend this to travelers who have an early flight via Manila. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and polite. Thank you very much for a great stay!
