Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, my family experienced a nearly hour-long delay reaching an agent for their room booking due to an inaccessible phone line and a significant wait in the lobby. By 4:30 PM, they successfully connected with an agent and their stay proceeded smoothly thereafter. This initial difficulty was the only negative aspect of an otherwise pleasant experience.

The house is clean but it smelt bad - like a cigarette smoke. The air-conditioning unit and the heater in the shower were functioning well. However, as guests, we expected that the host would help us in our needs especially with pool access. To be able to swim in the pool, we need to buy a ticket but the staff at the payment center did not give us because according to her, there is an existing balance under the host's unit. So we were affected, and instead of solving this, the host became unresponsive despite messaging her on trip.com chat, Whatspp and on her number. I felt pity for my niece who was not able to enjoy the playground and the pool. Terrible service.

We had a pleasant stay. The team was responsive with our simple queries thru trip.com chatbox. Clean room. working wifi. clean toilet. clean kitchen countertop. clean and functioning refrigerator.

A nice place to stay near stores and laundry It has a nice lobby and pool I stayed for 3 nights the wifi ran out by the end of 2nd day To gain access to the pool you need to go to a different building to pay at the payment center and then return to the lobby desk of your current stay

There is a musky aroma throughout the room. Additionally, the attendant will not wait for you to come. (So, you will go to the lobby and register yourself and proceed to your assigned room) They also collect a security deposit via chat/message and, if it is not transferred immediately, they will not give you the keys. So the door is probably open and your things are unsafe inside.
