滿意的地方：帕塞，離SM mall， 馬尼拉Bay近，交通方便，樓下有安保，超市，相對比較安全，方便。 不滿意的地方： 1: 管家不打招呼直接開門進入，把我嚇一跳，雖然她説了不好意思並且表達以為房間沒人，但我還是感覺被冒犯了一些私隱，從安全角度出發，我以後不會再住這種民宿/公寓類型了。 2:冰箱，一直在不停的製造噪音，住了三天衹能把冰箱拔掉插頭，就不冰東西了。 3:有小蟲子，而且不少，踩死了還有。每天都能看到不同的小蟲子在地上，廚房的枱面上，浴室間，讓我感覺到不舒服。

入住很方便，提前發了證件然後發回來批准後的文件，用電子鎖自助入住，活動層很大，景觀很好，度假風格滿滿

almost 5 star if not for lacking some minor issues. no netflix account haha. but overall stay is good. utensils are complete. fast internet too. ac is cold. shower is working fine. washing machine drain sometimes too slow to drain even flooding the bathroom but subsides after a few minutes. but overall stay is good. will definitely book again.

Nice! Place was accessible to MOA and food was readily available around the area. If i have to choose, i would go back and book the same area as it suite our liking. Thanks.

Unit 475, comfortable stay. No ipis unlike other units sa shore, sea or shell residence.

The unit is clean, with complete amenities (Utensils, kettle, washing machine, microwave). The location is convenient; with mart, laundromat, banks and restaurants within the vicinity. The host is helpful and prompt. Near NAIA and Mall of Asia.

This hotel is run by an agent. So all things depend on the agent's mood. When I check in the hotel faces lots of problems with the front desk guys. He has no data about me to check in and have lots of building named shore Recidence which makes us confused and take more time to check in. I just take it as a bad experience for me.

The location is super accessible—just a short walk to the mall, restaurants, and convenience stores, which made everything so convenient during our stay. The room itself is cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. But the highlight? Definitely the balcony! You’ll get the best view. The host was also very accommodating and responsive to our needs. I also requested a clothes iron, and they provided it right away—such a thoughtful and responsive gesture! 🥰

The owner and caretaker provides satisfactory assistance and easy to communicate. Overall, it's a great stay. Recommendations: Small Water Jug with Faucet: it is very helpful for guests to put water in a water jug with faucet. It's easier to get drinking water than those big gallons of water from convenience store.

The room was absolutely awesome! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and minimalist. The unit owner is approachable. I particularly loved the balcony view since it was in front of the SM MOA. This unit is highly recommended! It really deserves 5 star review! Would love to book this unit again in the future gala plans. Thank youuu!
