It was very DISSAPPOINTING! We came from the province for an overnight stay but our experience is a letdown. First there is no tv, the sink is broken, and no kettle and any glass, utensils that we can use. Which is just the basic needs for a stay. Now on the serious issues and concerns. When we got there and we saw two guys staying before us. The owner said that those are squatters and that the unit has been ransacked. We got settled in 2hrs after we checked in because of that. Our plans and schedule were affected. They could have offered to transfer us to another unit. Also the place reeks of cigarettes that stayed even on the curtains and sheets. We had to remove the curtains while we sleep cause the smell of smoke. And the place is not even clean when we came. The floor is sticky and a mess. They offered to clean while we are there but it doesn’t even helped. The photos and details on this app is very different from what we have experienced. I hope that this helps other customers in the future.

Worst every stay the unit is old furniture is broken , switches are broken cockroaches everywhere , they change the code of unit while I was outside and they didnt pick my call for hours I was standing outside the bed broke down and I fell down I had injuries but the owner asking me 40000php for the old bed threatening me for this , this is how some apartment owner want to make money, this was my worst ever stay .

Came and was fully booked. Transferred to other unit and unit not nice as I was expecting. Transferred to other unit then was cool.
