帕薩迪納小屋(Pasadena Lodge)

Room was VERY spartan, but clean enough I guess. Only one side of our queen bed had a nightstand (just empty space on the other side... maybe there used to be one there?), no closet or hanging space or a dresser to put clothing or luggage except on the floor... or on the writing desk (which would make it no longer usable as a writing desk, right?). Also, I stayed for 4 nights and I was surprised that there was no housekeeping for our room the whole time, even though it's mentioned on the website. I guess they just forgot about us. Also, room door had no peephole. Anyway, the walls are thin enough that you can just talk to the person through the door if you're trying to find out who it is before opening haha.

This room is really basic. A bed with two very flat pillows, a sheet and a thin bedspread. No phone. They do give you little condiment-size packets for soap and shampoo, but nowhere in the shower to set them (other than on the floor). A rack to hang your clothes but no hangars. The drawers in the dresser are broken. They do have a working TV, a microwave, and a larger-than-usual fridge. No decorations on the walls at all. The best thing: it's very clean. The worst: it feels like somebody has been murdered here. It's good for a one-night stay because you are happy to get up early and get out!

Did not allow me to check in because I left a previous honest review. Also refused to contact ******* to issues refund. BBB is now aware of these horrible practices

The manager or whoever he was is very rude and disrespectful and so unprofessional he shouldn’t be working with the public if he’s going to be having a really bad attitude and is very obnoxious as well. He charged me a $50-70 deposit fee? And he even threatened to call the cops on me as well just because I had told him that me and my boyfriend were waiting on a tow truck cuz our van didn’t want to work this morning right after check out! Like he didn’t have to say all that right now I mean we are cash paying guest but for him to even have to go that route and say something like that was like so uncalled for right now!

Nos sorprendió al llegar, áreas e instalaciones muy limpias, se siente seguro.

The shower was great; recently designed. Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Area was quiet. Had a first floor room and heard nothing.

Horrible property, water leak, tv did not work. Locks on door did not work,

It’s a dive. No toiletries, no wash rags, no lamps. Crappy bed. Minus 157 stars.

The toilet had a huge ring in it. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors were dirty and the towels were crunchy. Not a good experience at all
