木道度假村

First of all I like to mention the property is not near to 4 star property, the furniture in the room is really old and every room is stinking with a severage smell. when I made complaint they took action and gave us room on 2nd floor which was not stinking but was not upto the mark. secondary I like to mention that staff is very rude and not welcoming at all, specially the restaurant staff which serves breakfast. Overall It was a terrible stay which I got after paying I Was shocked when I saw the prices of a 2 star property but tagged 4 star because of there group hotels. This resort is not a resort but station for guest going towards timber trail heights They have no play area for kids, no garden for relaxation and surprisingly they call it a resort. They should name it terminal for moksha.

It was a pleasant short vacation with family. This resort is ideal for a weekend break where food is exotic and service is congenial. Balcony of room opens up to green picturesque backdrop of valley with distant top view of chandigarh. Ambiance and tranquility allows you to rejuvenate on the background score of birds. Suggest not to tag big expectations and find pleasure in minute things.
