The hotel has potential, but it lacks basic things that can elevate it to 4 stars or even 5 stars i had to move rooms they were accommodating with that but it was because we had no hot water, ac not working and no smart TV in the room, no Internet in the room. The pool area is a top resort pool area i will give it points for that. I will give them a chance again in the future but they also need to remove all the carpet from floors and give themselves a leg up.
