Hermoso hotel al que volveriamos en cada viaje a Paros !!!!

I have never given such a bad rating to a hotel before but I feel like I’ve had such a bad experience and I need to share in order for others to not fall prey to this hotel. The property itself is a nice property with an amazing infinity pool view. Service at the pool was average but we let it slide. The room itself was ok (not too big) but the real issue came at night in the room (junior master suite) - the master switch to turn off all the room lights was faulty and every time we switched it off, the lights turned back on shortly after. We escalated to the night manager as we were unable to fall asleep at 12.40am and was told very candidly that they knew this room had this issue all along. We asked why they even sold this room if it caused issues and they said sometimes it was ok and we were unlucky that it was not ok this time around. Mind blown?! At this point of time it was 1am and we were given two choices - shut down the entire room’s electricity (which meant no air con for the night) or change to room. We had a early flight to catch at 5 am so we chose to change our rooms - we were given a small room next to reception which was clearly already used (blankets were on the floor, used towels in the sink along with used glasses). It was spooky but we were tired and had to wake up in 3 hours for a flight so we did not argue. There was a really spooky energy in both rooms (103 and 313) We left the next morning and are trying to seek compensation from the hotel for this. Will update. But please avoid this hotel if you can - or if not, at least these two rooms. I’m not sure if it’s a real “electrical issue” or other spiritual issues. AVOID.

Great location and view. Room had ok sound proofing but not at the spa, where one could hear the conversations from the pool area. Room 302 view was ok but rooms 301-3 are right at the entrance with almost no privacy. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff throughout. Peruvian-Japanese restaurant was ok but not memorable (I judge it in an international context) and some dishes need refinement.

The hotel and the view is wonderful! BUT: Service in the restaurant unacceptable, very arrogant waiter who wanted to reject us to have dinner. His argument was that the restaurant is fully booked (there was no single visitor in the restaurant). Breakfast definitely not what I expect from a hotel in this category (Original greek spinach pie was just cold spinach and two leaves of puff pasty on it, really???). The highlight after the stay was that my credit card was charged with food and beverages from the restaurant that I never had. No answer to emails with questions to the booking and also the promised "VIP-driver" for the pick-up from the port was not waiting like arranged. So, in total, very nice hotel and I would love to come back, but the service is definitely inacceptable and I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Unfortunately.....

Beautiful property, lots of upgrades available. A little out of the way which meant it was quiet but a rental car is a must for dining off the property.
