不丹曼塔度假村及水療中心(Bhutan Metta Resort and Spa)

Hôtel excentré de la ville. Chambre spacieuse mais dans son jus. Chauffage archaïque et donc froid pendant le festival. Salle de bain refaite mais dommage qu’il n’y ait aucune étagère pour poser les affaires. Literie bonne mais ferme. Pas d’insonorisation. Et buffet du dîner très minimaliste et pas vraiment bon. Bref déception. Je pense qu’on peut trouver mieux sur Paro. D’ailleurs aucune clientèle occidentale…

Malgré un changement de chambre, les menuiseries portes et fenêtres des chambres ne peuvent insonoriser suffisamment chaque chambre, on entend soit les habitants des immeubles environnants s'interpeller, soit les autres clients de l'hôtel qui se croient seuls au monde, quel dommage l'hôtel composé essentiellement de bungalows mitoyens pourrait être parfait. Très bonne nourriture végétarienne et staff a l'écoute.

Ubicación lejos de Paro, pero en medio de zona poblada, por lo que se oye bastante "ruido" por la noche. Posee bellos jardines y una zona común agradable. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Se debe solicitar en recepción secador de pelo. Lamentablemente, habitación en la que me hospedé poseía un olor a alcantarilla que emanaba del baño e inundaba toda la habitación. El restaurante puede mejorar: servicio deficiente (disponibilidad de platos tardía e incompleta), el desayuno estilo americano muy deficiente.

We visited Bhutan this year in January, which is the most coldest month there. But Hotels we have selected Like Metta resort in Paro didn't let us realize to feel cold as all the rooms are highly maintained and heater was running very well. Staffs were also very helpful specially Mr Ram who were there to guide us fully. This is among one of the Highly recommend hotel of Paro in your budget with nearby nice view.

На территории размещены яркие домики, построенные в национальном стиле. Особенностью бутанской архитектуры являются очень красивое оформления окон, с уникальной резьбой по дереву. Номера, расположенные в этих домиках, очень просторные. Снабжены обогревателями, нам они очень пригодились, ночами в Бутане в марте было очень холодно. Питание шведский стол, но на завтрак не было постной еды, я попросила и мне индивидуально сделали кашу на воде. Проживание в отеле очень понравилось, благодаря в том числе и отзывчивому персоналу.

Lovely garden with e.g. fruit trees. Reception not so welcoming, staff speaks bad English. Restaurant staff very friendly though. Room (above the courtyard) in design excellent. Large bed, good desk and WiFi, even so large that it took us 10 minutes to find the last light button that the staff had switched on when showing the room 😉 However cracks already showing, like a broken towel rack in the bathroom and some loose parquet tiles. The service level however is where the current hotel really collapses. Breakfast Western but very limited, and dinner bland Bhutanese selection. No complete room info booklet, causing us to take our room key outside with us and then upon return finding that ‘they could not clean the room as they are not allowed to use their master key for that’. So they had to hurry and clean it immediately upon return, also because upon first arrival day there was no spare WC paper roll. And we delivered laundry to do at 7.30 AM to be told ‘same day, probably evening’ and in the end after quite some panic got it back around 9 PM, still partly wet. In summary sadly currently far below average, needs serious staff and process retraining and some refitting to claim back its former 3 stars.

Very clean,the staff are very courteous,the food is delicious,and I would strongly recommend to any one who's wants to be far away from the crowd.The gardener has done an excellent job.The approach road is motorable but not tarred ,maybe as per the rules as it is almost on a high mountain.

Have stayed at Metta Resort and Spa number of times. Location is good staff are great and welcoming. Restaurant area and food quality is great. The Metta Resort very good.. value of money. Advisable great stay in Bhutan.

And finally our much awaited trip to Bhutan got ended this Mar'23 with all beautiful memories..Specially would like to give thanks to the Hotel Metta resort, Paro for the perfect service. All staffs were very polite and food quality was also very good..really enjoyed the peaceful setting and gardens away from the hussle and bussle🙂🙂🙂
