銀雲飯店(Silver Cloud Hotel)

I was a first-time solo traveler to Bhutan. I decided to plan and arrange my own trip instead of joining a packaged tour. Silver Cloud was the last hotel stay of the trip. The owner, Karma Tsheten, called me on the phone soon after I made my reservation online to offer his personal assistance in all aspects of my travel arrangement in the country. He provided valuable travel tips, introductions, and great background on everything I wanted to know about Bhutan. He stayed in touch with me throughout my travel and personally welcomed me at the hotel on the day I checked in. The newly built hotel was one of the finest hotels I stayed in Bhutan. Besides the excellent accommodation and food in the hotel restaurant, my wide-ranging conversations with him and his wife enriched my cultural immersion experience in Bhutan. Highly recommended.

While we didn’t stay overnight, we had 2 delicious meals and a festive new years eve celebration at Silver Cloud. The staff and the people staying at the hotel were kind and caring. I think the food was the best we had in Bhutan and it’s well placed between Paro and the Tiger’s nest monastery. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It’s a newly built hotel, located on the way to the tigers nest in a peaceful surrounding a bit away from the hustle , of Paro city centre, we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay here, Mr Karma & his wife run this hotel, the hospitality and warmth of the staff is amazing! They go the extra mile for the guests . The food at the restaurant is good . They also operate a coffe shop .Bon fire is organized in the evenings ,which was lovely. Would love to come back and enjoy the hospitality. The rooms are good and quite comfortable. All in all a good wholesome experience.

I have been four times to Bhutan and this was the friendliest stay of them all . Mr Karma , the General Manager of Silver Cloud along with Mrs Karma and Ms Muskaan and their team of dedicated staff of Silver Cloud did everything they could to make it homely & comfortable. I would recommend Silver Cloud to all my friends . I wish Mr & Mrs Karma A Happy New Year for 2024 and the best of luck for the future .

Karma and his wife, along with their staff, provided exceptional service during my short stay with them. Karma helped arrange a guide for the day as well as serving as the driver for-hire for the day. The hotel was a great, comfortable stay with great food. Karma has some big plans for hotel, which is still relatively new. Once you sign up with the hotel, they will help provide you with everything you need.

The stay at slivercloud was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice and maintained. The staff were very hospitable and nice and very helpful. The food there was very good and their presentstion was also very nice. Overall our stay at the Silvercloud hotel in Bhutan Paro was a really memorable one.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, big nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly and helpful staff (always ready to help), great breakfast, good client approach, welcome drinks. Thanks for hosting us❤️ will be happy to stay there during my next visit to Bhutan

We had a great stay at silver cloud! The staff and food is superb. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable! Karma is a great host. Also do try the hot stone bath- we had a great time at this hotel. I would summarise it like this-"Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning views - a truly unforgettable stay!"
