This beautifully refurbished old building is a pearl in the centre of the old city of Parma. It is within easy walking distance of everything one wishes to experience in this delightful city. The room we chose was spacious and serenely quiet. Linen and towels were changed every day. Most impressive, was the reception desk. Such desks these days, are often manned by nonchalant young people who are more interested in chatting to their colleagues or studying their smartphones than attending to their guests. Here, the receptionists actually stand up as you approach and look you straight in the eye with a welcoming smile and promptly solve your queries in a friendly manner. Vittorio himself, the elegant host, was there to receive us.

我們在這家住....ci已經一週了,我們已經被一個朋友推了,我們立刻接受了.....位於帕瑪中心,離男人兩步,是有點裝備的住,但是它在我們,但是非常乾淨,保持排序...i接待員的男孩們在我們要求的任何事都很受教育,並感謝露加最大可用性....我們會回來,如果我們再次上樓...謝謝

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Staff molto gentile e cordiale... pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema... Quando siamo arrivati in camera non siamo riusciti a fare funzionare la TV, scendendo in reception abbiamo parlato con la ragazza di turno e dopo un paio d'ore che siamo rientrati in camera, la TV era perfettamente funzionante!!! Ottima colazione, dolce e salata (comprensiva di ottima frutta fresca). La nostra camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura è dotata di un ampio parcheggio per le auto e si trova in una posizione molto comoda e tattica. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!! Grazie di tutto! Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Parfait ! Un hôtel complet dans son ensemble ! - Personnel : agréable - Emplacement : calme et serein proche des commodités et de l’autoroute - Propreté : incomparable - Attractivité (spa, fitness & bar) : 1) Malheureu*****t payant (15€), pour un hôtel de ce standing, cela me semble incompréhensible 2) Fitness exceptionnel 3) Bar magnifique et agréable - Petit-déjeuner : très complet et correct en accord avec ce standing d’hôtel - Points négatifs : 1) Mini-bar : tout était payant même l’eau (incompréhensible) 2) La machine à café du petit-déjeuner est une insulte à la qualité italienne
