訪訪客用戶君悦酒店地理位置非常棒！在客運大樓D安檢入口的樓上，吃完早飯下樓、就可以直接自助託運行李、安檢。
早餐是菜單是點餐。法式烤吐司，非常的棒。如果單點水果，品種豐富，量很大。
晚餐的德克薩斯安格斯牛排非常好。
健身房在頂層。可惜跑步機在中間兒，衹有自行車和登山機臨窗。户外游泳池水是熱水。
房間沒得説。比同在機場稍遠的凱越，以及市區的希爾頓等酒店強的不是一點兒半點兒。畢竟價格擺在那兒。
前台的阿姨非常的熱情。極其迅速幫我們辦完入住，還給每人兩瓶水。以及拖鞋，牙膏，牙刷，梳子各種洗漱用品。正是理解再次轉機的人時間緊，而且非常疲勞。

訪訪客用戶入住和退房非常快捷和順利。工作人員非常友善和友好。入住工作人員甚至給我提供了水,退房工作人員對前往機場的班車非常有幫助。房間很寬敞乾淨,牀和枕頭很舒服。睡了一個好覺,在回日本長途旅行之前,這是一次非常舒適的住宿。我希望有更多的時間探索他們的餐廳和設施。

訪訪客用戶雖然我們第一次走進Staybridge的大堂,我們驚訝於這家酒店是多麼的漂亮和裝飾,在入住我們的房間後,我們從未意識到我們的噩夢即將開始。我們的房間鑰匙不會打開任何分機門。外面的門,所以我們問店員什麼錯了,她說門有問題,所以她會維修檢查,同時她給我們發了臨時卡工作了,但那天晚上到期了,不再工作了,我們再次被鎖在了沃爾瑪的食品雜貨和商品袋中,我們不得不一路走在大樓周圍。攜帶我們的東西穿過前門。然後,當我在浴室裏使用DOVE手和麪霜時,它對我的身體有一股可怕的臭味,不得不立即把它洗掉。憤怒,我們決定離開您的酒店,在隔壁的貝斯特韋斯特酒店度過接下來的3天,而我們沒有任何問題,問題或不舒服的問題。遺憾的是,這是我們第一次入住Stay Bridge Suites,很可能是我們最後一次!

訪訪客用戶Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

訪訪客用戶My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
