蘭金縣 有停車場的飯店

我喜歡這家酒店。唯一我不喜歡的事情是等了將近20分鐘,讓工作人員在下午6點到前面來檢查我,第二天早上我的鑰匙一直把我鎖在房間外面時,一名工作人員的態度。前台最後一個人很棒,在發現需要更換鑰匙卡讀卡器後,用一把實際的鑰匙讓我進去。

我们要去北卡罗来纳州旅行，住了一晚。房间真的很好很干净。位置很棒。 Bass Pro Shops 和其他几家商店都在步行距离之内。我要感谢 Willis 女士（总经理）、Too Tall（厨房经理）和前台经理（抱歉我没有知道她的名字）处理餐厅发生的情况。这些人超越了专业和道歉。很高兴知道有些地方仍然相信优质的客户服务！太感谢了！

The hotel lobby smelled like smoke. There was a smell in the room as well. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and there was no bedding provided in room. It took three trips to the front desk to finally get some bedding only to have that bedding be the wrong size. Since it was so late, we dealt with it. When we checked out in the morning, we complained to the front desk to have the employee refuse to listen or believe our complaint. I would like to give a higher rating since this hotel was conveniently located and the breakfast was good, but the room and bedding experience really left a sour taste.
