訪訪客用戶My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.

PPETERSMARSHALL剛來過夜看望我們的兒子。一個美好的住宿地點。期待這將是我第一個在任何地方預訂的地方。乾淨。房間非常安靜。那裏有很多事情,所以我們期望噪音。但是睡得很好。很多額外的物品,如毛巾。晚上我走了下來,要求給我的妻子另一條毯子,所以她不是同事。給了我一個密封在袋子裏。唯一的抱怨是冰機在三樓,我們在1號。這就是內容豐富的早餐,所以真的沒有意義,只有一個。

MMrsPiconeStaff members we interacted with were all awesome! Extremely helpful, understanding folks who were willing to work with us about a room upgrade snafu that was totally MY fault.
Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌
My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done!
Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.
