匿匿名用戶停車需要額外付錢喔，停車25刀一天。酒店距離海灘步行5min，非常近,離大部分餐廳步行10min之內。如果不想走路，也有高爾夫車送去沙灘和餐廳。員工都很友好！早餐簡單但是都很不錯。房間也乾淨，推薦入住。

匿匿名用戶當我預訂Pelican Pointe酒店時,我知道這是一個較舊的物業,所以我沒想到什麼宏偉,加上價格超級實惠!當我們第一次到達時,房間對我一家5口來說非常寬敞。它就像一個半套房,廚房與牀分開,但沒有關閉。它在廚房/用餐區有2雙和1個團摺疊。它很乾淨,但有一種時髦的氣味,有一個小的廚房,裏面有冰箱和微波爐,這很有用。乍一看,它很好,位置很棒,就在Clearwater海灘對面,免費停車,這是一個獎勵(我討厭不得不額外支付停車費,所以考慮到價格,這真的很棒)。我以爲我們真的得分了這個發現,直到.....我兒子在浴室看到一隻巨大的蟲子,結果變成了一隻!!!EEEEWWWWW!!!!在我們入住的整個過程中,我們到處看到了幾隻大和一噸小。我們害怕關掉燈,因爲你一這樣做,就出來玩,真的很噁心,還有一個主要的關閉!!!!我們睡在燈上不用說。我們沒有費心說什麼,因爲如果這個房間裏有,很可能整個酒店都有它!
如果不是因爲,我肯定會推薦這家酒店,但看到那些討厭的蟲子後我永遠不會回去。酒店需要燻蒸和擺脫那些!!!!

GGregory SomozaMy husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing.
Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!
And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

I will say though that that cleanliness was not necessarily five star. however it was suitable for our needs. The elevators worked great and no problems there. The staff is nice and as helpful as they can be. Parking stinks though, but I guess that's status quo for the area?

BBella Boo在这里住了一个多星期。干净的房间，友好的工作人员。漂亮的泳池区。位置有点远离很多东西，但附近有一些拉丁商店，隔壁有一个很棒的早餐场所。房间很干净而且储备充足。非常安静悠闲的区域，价格合理。欢迎携带宠物，他们甚至在旧网球场旁边的建筑物后面还有一个曾经是狗公园的地方。他们现在也在装修。前台的早餐非常简单……麦片咖啡……水果……丹麦和酸奶。我推荐这个地方......新管理层做得很好。 🤗😁
