KKathleen TrudelThis one has seen better days. A lot of maintenance issues that had gone unreported for a long time. Shower/bathtub would not drain at all. Washbasin was very slow. AC filter was in need of a good cleaning. A side door is supposed to be locked from the inside but stayed open and unsecured all night. This was just as expensive as a really well maintained Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Freeport. Your dog is welcome but it will cost you a 15$ fee. The breakfast was good and had options for a take out box. Location seemed very odd, and seems far from Bangor proper.

We were a bit disappointed that the pool was out of service but there were amenities close to the hotel that were convenient

訪訪客用戶Breakfast was great. We had a little maintenance issue with the room but the maintenance staff came right up to resolve our issue. Front desk girl was very professional and courteous. She was on the phone with what sounded like a previous guest who was clearly complaining about something regarding the sales tax and a reservation with the previous private owner prior to Quality Inn taking over. She handled herself very well, calm professional and respectful even though the person on the other end of the line was not reciprocating those same qualities. She got off the phone and helped me with a great smile and very attentive to my questions. Great job!!
