訪訪客Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in.
I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right.

訪訪客用戶Was told when I got there I got lucky I was getting an upgrade to a third bed in an adjoining room but really it wasn't I needed to get in there to use the bathroom so...it was just not a nice room it was clean but just not as nice as the room that was in the picture...I'm sure they do this all the time.
