訪訪客用戶We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

訪訪客好的酒店,有點貴,周圍有很多餐館的好區域,有老鼠問題,打電話給前台,服務員確實提供了全額退款,但我們拒絕了,因爲這是一個假日週末,所有酒店都預訂了,但他確實給了我們一些錢掉了。當我們走出游泳池時,鑰匙卡停止工作,所以我們不得不前面來重新鍵入我們的卡。

訪訪客我和妻子在海灘上度過了4天的假期,然後在週六晚上去比洛西參加了林奈德·斯凱尼德音樂會。我們到達之前通過Trip.com預訂了一個房間。我們從Perdido Key開車過來,對Biloxi海灘的美麗感到非常驚訝。當我們停到酒店時,對漢普頓酒店的狀況感到驚喜。游泳池很棒,有很多遮蔭的停車場,很乾淨,很及時。工作人員很棒,甚至讓我們提前入住了一間可以看到海灘的升級房間。房間乾淨舒適。房間裏有微波爐和冰箱。電梯很快。睡得很好。早餐真的很好,而且所有工作人員都很好,樂於助人。如果重訪比洛西,肯定會再呆在那裏。

訪訪客用戶白宮酒店的場地和外觀都很棒。然而,這家酒店的其他特色令人不滿意。首先,如果你正在尋找一個在游泳池邊放鬆的地方,可以看到很棒的海景,你很幸運,但不幸的是,游泳池沒有加熱。餐廳因“施工”或“改造”而不可用,所以任何點菜(很好)要麼是客房服務,要麼在酒吧吃。我住在標準間,有一張特大牀,不太舒服。衛生間的洗漱檯燈只有半亮,剃鬚困難,房間的電視老舊,後面的燈好像要熄滅了。有一個3個抽屜的小梳妝檯,用於服裝,但除此之外,真的除了牀頭櫃之外什麼都沒有(但有一個非常小的小酒館桌子,用於咖啡機。最令人沮喪的部分是,空調單元要麼使房間非常冷,要麼非常溫暖。不舒服的牀,薄蓋子和雙極暖通空調使無法得到良好的休息。對於相同價格或更少,我可以住在一個有更好的設施和更舒適的房間的賭場。

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.
