The room was large with a large bathroom, modern design and furniture. The large balcony has a wonderful view of Kuşadası and the bay. Super clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. TV has Turkish TV world news in English. The breakfast is unbelievable in quality and quantity, buffet style with homemade jams and proper local butter. This is a family run hotel with the most amazing friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying in March so didn’t get to use the swimming pool. There is free parking and it’s 5 minutes walk to the harbor and town. Highly recommended.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

這家飯店絕對稱不上五星級飯店。 雖然建於2019年，但裝修計劃在2023年進行。 陽台上的家具已經破舊不堪，他們為我們安排的房間，窗外的景色也不知道在哪裡。 - 床不是加大單人床，而是兩張單人床拼在一起的。 - 毯子也不是夏季毯子，而是某種「毛巾」。冷氣吹著會很冷，而且沒有暖身的東西。 - 飯店後方有一個小型停車場供房客使用。 - 早餐很普通，典型的土耳其菜：種類繁多的自製奶酪、黃瓜、西紅柿、香草、麵包、三種水果（蘋果、西瓜和小梨）、一份預製煎蛋捲，以及味道寡淡的醬油香腸和香腸。果汁沒什麼好喝的，只有幾杯用機器榨出來的現成果汁。機器煮的咖啡也沒什麼味道。 - 為什麼冰箱只有插卡用？冰箱裡不能放食物！ ！ ！太糟糕了！ ！ ！ + 3.5公里外有一個圍欄的海灘俱樂部，Nix by Seven for Life，開車7分鐘即可到達。綿延的沙灘長達3公里多，海水渾濁骯髒，還長滿了海藻。晚上8:30，沙灘上的躺椅就關閉了，但海灘遠處的酒吧播放著音樂，幾乎沒有人。 請注意，飯店位於庫薩達斯市中心的另一側，港口和鳥島就在那裡。 我們白天從鳥島開車到這家飯店需要35-40分鐘。不過，它離宙斯洞穴和米利公園（國家公園）很近，大約5公里遠。 這家旅館住幾晚還可以，但住不了多久了。 不明白為什麼網站上一晚的價格波動這麼大：138美元、1200美元、90美元……價格區間好奇怪。這家旅館的最高價格是100美元。

酒店的優勢是地理位置非常好，靠近海港，海景房和餐廳外都能美美滴欣賞海景。當然硬件設施比較落後，房門、鎖都需要更新了，淋浴間也非常小，偶爾湊合一晚上，還是可以的，勝在價格吧。

前台接待幫我提前入住了,真的很感謝。酒店乾淨,和描述一樣。離庫adas中心近,步行到海灘約12-minute。

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to the waterside, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff are absolutely exceptional and go above and beyond. Breakfast was nice. The rooms would benefit from an upgrade.

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten vom ladies Beach entfernt. Das Zimmer war ruhig und klein, aber ausreichend. Es gab leckeres Frühstück in einem schönen Garten. Im Bad lief das Wasser vom duschen nicht ab, so war der Fußboden immer nass. Die Zimmer wurden mit einem Schlüssel abgeschlossen, der gleichzeitig auch für die Stromversorgung vorgesehen war. Man musste ihn von der Zimmertür rausziehen und könnte diese im Notfall nicht schnell öffnen.
