1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

訪訪客用戶Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

不幸的是,房間二樓的wifi連接很差/有限。
如果你高大,我會擔心你預訂的房間,因爲我們住的房間(經濟雙人間)天花板很低。這並沒有打擾我,但另一個客人不停地擊打他們的頭。

XXenaIt is our second stay at this Hotel. It’s super nice!!The Harbor can be reached on Foot in 5 minutes and is beautiful with lots of Food options and very nice little Fashion Stores. From the Hotel Balcony you have a great View of the Castle of Cesme. When we were last Year on our way Home we realized that my Daughter had forgotten her Cell phone and this Year she got it back. She was so happy!!!
The hotel kept it for a Year, which is not a matter of course. A big recommendation for this Hotel!!!!

匿匿名用戶設施：一般，有游泳池和停車場，休息區總有一隻霸佔躺椅的狸花貓，夾子音非常可愛，可以跟貓貓一起玩。定了loft，但是講真土耳其的酒店感覺都是照騙，房間非常小和矮，照片看着麪積還行實際非常逼仄，不過到了以後幫我們免費升級了標準房，還是不滿意所以又加了1000裏拉升級家庭套房。
衛生：乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡潔明亮。
環境：離海岸很近，步行一路逛過去就是Marina和古堡，去哪裡都方便，家庭套房有對着海岸的小陽台，晚上吹吹風很舒服。
服務：1.不會幫你拿行李，酒店沒有電梯；2.我們連續住兩晚，中途沒有打掃過房間，大半夜我下樓去跟前台要了垃圾袋和衛生紙；3.衹有衛生間有一個很小的垃圾桶，導致扔垃圾真的很**；4.酒店全員英語小學標準，建議提前準備好翻譯軟件否則好難溝通；5.看評論早餐很豐富，其實並沒有，而且第一天我們下樓比較晚，第二天早起趕路去費特希耶，早餐居然就沒有腸/cheese/薯條了，感覺還沒準備好所以就不提供了，很不開心～
加完錢500/晚的價格，要不是有小鎮的風景加成，就顯得很不值了（微笑臉）。

訪訪客Denize girmek isteyenleri servis ile anlaşmalı beach e ulaştırıyorlar. Yada kendi imkanın ile başka plaja gitmek zorundasın. Kara manzaralı odalar yola baktığından pencere açıkken gürültüden durulmuyor. Havuz manzaralı odalar tercih edilmeli. Yemekler yeteri kadar çeşitli ve lezzetli. Personeller güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. Temizlik iyi.
