HHarry這是我最喜歡的飯店，每次來這個城市都會選擇這家飯店。不過，這家旅館需要再次翻新，它現在很舊了，很多東西都壞了。以前的房間很好，但現在需要翻新和升級。

HHuggySen我們入住時間很晚，酒店仍然熱情接待，沒有給我們任何麻煩，非常感謝。員工禮貌周到，樂於助人。房間寬敞舒適。唯一的不足是Wi-Fi不太穩定。總的來說，這是一次不錯的入住體驗。

RRyan Cacanindin這是我第二次預訂 Prime Asia Hotel 酒店，他們始終如一——房間乾淨整潔，住宿舒適。物超所值。我知道以後每次來邦板牙，我都會預訂這家飯店，而且我會推薦給親戚朋友。我非常感激的是，保全會檢查並確認客人住哪個房間。他們會打電話到房間確認是否有客人。即使客人離開時，他們也會確認。這真是一次很好的安全檢查。感謝 Prime Asia Hotel 和管理層！繼續保持始終如一的服務。

訪訪客用戶房間裡要么是飯菜的味道（可能是餐廳廚房飄來的？），要么是下水道的臭味。打開淋浴時，也是同樣的臭味。服務不錯：員工熱情周到，但人手不足。早餐一般。前台不提供零錢，這導致我很難準備小額鈔票去坐三輪車，而由於酒店位置偏僻，除非自己有車，否則三輪車是必需的。我不會再入住這家飯店了。安吉利斯附近有價格相近但較好的飯店。

訪訪客用戶I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
