We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was mesmerising. Before reaching the balcony from the living room, there is a mosquito net door which can prevent insects from entering the unit while enjoying cool air from the outside. The unit was newly renovated and is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access. The unit was exactly as advertised, new and clean. There are lots of cooking appliances than expected- rice cooker, steamer, air fryer, steamboat pot, basic pots and pans etc. Kitchen utensils and basic cooking seasoning like sugar, salt, pepper and oil are available. The water dispenser functioned well and we enjoyed the drip coffees too. There are also board games in the living room. On the shelf above the dining table, there are Wi-Fi, projector and a speaker which is linked to the smart home system. There are two bedrooms and a small stand fan in each bedroom. Both rooms have enough hangers and a mirror on the wall each. Two bathrooms available and they are equipped with shampoos, LED mirror and ventilation fan.

All good. Even furniture quite old. But the facilities all in good condition n clean. Water heater both toilet function,
