訪訪客Sala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

JJiexiaomiao真的是非常非常非常棒的青旅！從未見過宿舍房間這麼大這麼寬敞的青旅！上鋪有台階！是台階不是梯子哦！真的非常好！衞生間也挺寬敞。樓下是泳池餐廳酒吧，菜單挺豐富的，有很多種餐食可供選擇。工作人員都特別友善。我中午就到了，還不到兩點，但也直接給我辦入住了。還有一次我在別的地方訂的活動，司機一直沒來接我，我電話沒打通又語言不通，請前台幫我打電話問旅行社，前台也很熱心地幫助我！我英語不好，需要google翻着協助我溝通，工作人員也從來沒有不耐煩。
位置也很好，正對面就有一家超市，不是便利店哦，是一家真正的超市，雖然不算大。但是有水果，沙拉，麪包，牛奶等，日用品也什麼都有，6：00-23：00營業，超市旁邊有個咖啡廳，可以用付款寶！周圍一大堆餐廳，根本吃不過來，距離酒吧街、河邊也不遠。旁邊就是加油站，如果租了摩託，非常方便加油。對面有洗衣房（1公斤1美元），還有個租摩託的店。這裏不止有宿舍，還有很多像正常酒店一樣的房間。真是很好的地方，再來還住！

我忘了拍照,但是房間很大,設施齊全。
※即使成年人的牙刷也很大,因此,如果您有興趣,尤其是女性,應該隨身攜帶。
位置沒有特別的問題,如果您在Grab等地使用嘟嘟車,則可以立即前往城市的任何地方,因此不會帶來任何不便。
我擔心,因爲我需要上班時使用Wifi,但是我可以在沒有壓力的情況下使用它,例如速度。
早餐有很多選擇,在寬敞的空間裏很美味。
當我外出時,我把門不小心關上了,而我把房間鑰匙放在了門上,但是感謝您對工作人員々的友好迴應。
在其他情況下,工作人員也做出了愉快的迴應。
牀鋪和清潔也很乾淨,如果有機會,我絕對想留下。

訪訪客用戶酒店離酒吧街大概兩公里，非常安靜，grab一個突突車的話幾分鐘就能到，每天能免費坐一次突突出門。去看仙女劇院的劇的時候，免費坐過去，跟前台預約2美元送回來，司機就在劇院外一直等着，服務很好。
我們原本訂的大床房，浴缸就在床頭，浴室沒有任何遮擋，比較適合蜜月旅行的情侶。於是，我和朋友就換到了另外一間房，浴室稍微有點遮擋。入住當天還看到了雙彩虹🌈🌈，非常幸運。
早餐服務也不錯，第一天需要點餐，我們點了米粉套餐，好吃；第二天是自助餐，但我們喜歡米粉就又請酒店做了米粉，他們也給我們上了米粉。
總而言之，這個酒店性價比還不錯，還是很有度假感。

訪訪客用戶酒店非常出色!舒適,寬敞,乾淨,然而,亮點必須是工作人員提供的非凡服務,他們總是付出額外的努力,以確保我們有一個愉快的住宿 - 巨大的喊叫Limon-Poe茶,Sotha和Sokhunthea和其他許多工作人員的照顧特別。酒店的水療中心很棒,餐廳也迎合了素食選擇。

訪訪客用戶酒店地址比較偏僻，像是鄉村裡，周邊沒有餐廳之類，吃飯可以酒店吃也可以grab點外賣，外出的話有提供tutu。但是酒店的服務可以説是沒有，入住的時候等待半個小時，收小朋友的費用非常積極然後行李等了一個小時也沒有送，衹能自己去搬，前台就看着你自己搬，退房也是一樣，全靠自己搬。最可氣的是打掃房間，出門的時候催促了一次，結果晚上八點回來，沒有打掃，又去前台催了三次電話催了一次，依舊沒有人打掃，最後憤怒的不行了，四處尋找到員工休息室才找到人去打掃，不要指望有服務了，這家就是嚴重的no service

KKSea 14-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night!
The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap.
But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)!
The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude.
So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

JJoelbastedo安佳麗酒店完美極了。寧靜、放鬆、美麗。泳池始終被茂密的樹蔭遮蔽，彷彿置身於叢林之中。餐廳令人驚艷，所有員工都格外友善熱情，樂於助人。他們幫我們安排了所有的旅遊行程和活動。我們尤其幸運的是，Chhlen先生整週都開著嘟嘟車和麵包車帶我們四處遊覽：他不僅熱情友好、知識淵博，還為我們推薦了許多我們原本不知道的景點和餐廳，而且對我們的孩子也照顧得無微不至，在我們參觀寺廟和紀念品商店時，他確保他們的安全和快樂。我們強烈推薦安佳麗酒店，下次一定還會入住。

HHumphrey Jr這家飯店非常不錯，價格實惠。服務很好，兩位接待員都很友善、熱情。房間寬敞乾淨。地點非常方便，去市中心和夜市都很方便。街上有很多酒吧和餐館，我們非常喜歡。我們的房間在一樓，所以早上有點吵，因為其他客人來大廳吃早餐，大廳也在同一層，距離我們的房間只有幾公尺。儘管如此，一切都很好。
