The location is fantastic but the service is nothing to write home about. The on site restaurant is great...but breakfast is very very poor. For the price, quite disappointed with the place!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly Everything was good special thanks to laura for helping ❤️👍🏻

A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.

A bit hard to find, especially at night. Checkin closes at 9pm which is not goid enough for guests arriving later than that
