令人難忘的住宿在一個驚人的位置! 我們在這個美麗的湖度假村度過了最美好的3晚住宿。從我們到達的那一刻起,工作人員就超越了一切,讓我們感到歡迎,如此友好,樂於助人,真誠包容。 環境絕對令人歎爲觀止,度假村的整個氛圍寧靜而放鬆。一個放鬆和放鬆的完美場所。 房間可愛,寬敞,一塵不染,非常舒適,有我們完美的休息所需的一切。食物是另一個亮點,每頓飯都美味,呈現精美,味道十足。特別要提到餐廳的Jeeva,他讓我們的用餐體驗更加難忘,服務如此周到和熱情,但所有的餐廳工作人員都非常出色,每頓飯都是一種樂趣。還有安菊,他是如此可愛,再次非常細心,但我不得不說每個工作人員都非常愉快,這使我們的住宿非常出色。 不能推薦這個地方的寶石足夠,我們已經計劃下一次訪問!

Best resort and best customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Can’t stop loving this hotel and the vibes it gives. Can’t stop recommending enough.

The resort is beautiful, located on lake side, has clean amenities, great service and a good restaurant. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the swimming pool as probably it's the smallest as compared to the other resorts in the area. Overall I recommend it if you can get it for a nice price.

A serene retreat with the kumarakom Lake area. The resort has very attentive staff and there's quite a bit to do and explore within the resort. The bungalows are really authentic to the traditional Keralite style. They come with an open to sky bathroom that makes the showering experience amazingly refreshing! Definitely would recommend!!

好的財產不能從5星級的角度說最好的,因爲他們在某些地區缺乏使他們成爲五星級的財產,房間有點舊建築真的需要翻新,使他們看起來不錯,最好的部分是游泳我們預訂的游泳池村舍需要加強,因爲它非常基本,通常我們獲得4星級,工作人員真的很樂於助人,反應靈敏,廚師真的很好,因爲他爲我們的女兒準備了食物,總的來說是一個不錯的住宿,但真的需要改進才能使他們成爲五星級酒店。

位置很好..離火車站很近..離餐館很近方便..肯定會推薦給大家..房間保存完好..

Staffs behaviour is excellent near to ettumaanoor temple so happy and it was a comfortable stay

Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way. Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff. Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean. Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.
