訪訪客用戶We booked a room in hotel sagar residency many days ago but they did not allow us to stay even though we had a confirmed booking and shifted us to a nearby hotel. From outside the hotel was looking good but everything was terrible inside. A bad smell was coming into the room, the floors of the rooms were not clean, etc.
