訪訪客用戶We were travelling with our 18 months old infant & elderly. It was a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The place catered to variety of food & activities for all age groups. The property is kids friendly. The location is easily accessible & readily available parking right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious. All the necessary amenities of good quality were provided. The staff was friendly & approachable. Thank you for making our stay in Agra Comfortable. We especially enjoyed our cold coffee by the Poolside.

DDanielle JadeThis hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Gglenda tumala泰姬酒店地理位置優越,步行到泰姬陵東門入口僅5-minute。前台工作人員(Peter)很熱情,效率高,爲入住定下了基調。而且安排我回新德里的交通。真是一次美妙的體驗。
