這是我在阿格拉地區最推薦的飯店 房間的整理的一塵不染，提供的飲用水也十分充足，而且浴室是印度少見的乾濕分離(通常淋浴區跟非淋浴區之間都沒有門 同時提供的早餐也相當豐盛，在主餐廳裡面有非常多的食物選項而且都很美味，服務生的態度也很友善 如果我還會來阿格拉的話一定會在入住此飯店

早餐不錯，有瑪薩拉多薩、煎蛋捲、各種水果和印度菜。
泳池有點髒。
當然，房間裡的霉味太重了，因為房間裡有窗戶，但窗戶打不開，所有通風都靠空調，但房間非常潮濕，有霉味。
屋頂酒吧不錯，印度香飯很美味，雞尾酒也不錯。

The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

DDanielle JadeThis hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

MMrs KhadkaThe service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!
